We were tasked by a local company with creating a space for their annual charity polo day that would be suitable for up to 350 guests to enjoy a drinks reception and three-course meal, followed by an afternoon watching the polo.
Based on this specification we created a unique design utilising our premium 20m Clearspan marquee, incorporating a 5m wide veranda to create a covered area for viewing the polo. A 5m Oriental canopy was added as a registration and welcome space, and a 9m marquee at the rear of the main structure housed the catering kitchen, staff area, and built-in toilets. By using picket fencing around the event area, we were able to create an exclusive space for the company's guests which also incorporated a mobile grandstand.
