We aim to be as flexible as possible with your requirements, but typically for a Saturday event we will erect the marquee on a Wednesday or Thursday, depending on the size of the marquee, to ensure that you have plenty of time to add your finishing touches.
After you initially enquire about a marquee, one of our event managers will put together a quote based on the information and any preferences you have provided. Following this, we will carry out a site survey and make recommendations about the most suitable products and services that we are able to offer to you.
Once you have let us know that you would like to book your marquee, we will send out a booking form with our Terms and Conditions which we will ask you to sign and return together with a 25% deposit to secure your booking.
We are still more than happy to supply toilets, refrigerated trailers, or generators if you have booked a marquee with another company. 
Due to our large quantity of stock, we are able to change bookings slightly up until the last minute, and will only charge for the furniture that is delivered. As a general rule we ask that final numbers are confirmed no later than two weeks prior to your event.
Our Clearspan marquees are suitable for use all year-round, with glass doors, various flooring options, and a wide range of marquee heaters, you can be sure your marquee will stay warm and dry throughout the winter months. Yes, we are more than happy to erect marquees in gardens, fields, car parks, or at venues! Our only requirement is that there is good vehicle access to the site, so that we can get all of our equipment to where it's needed. Marquees are delivered using lorries up to 44 tonnes with 5 metres (16ft) height clearance, trailer units will be delivered by four-wheel drive vehicles with trailers up to 16 metres (53ft) in length. If you are unsure about the suitability of vehicle access at your site, please discuss this with your Event Manager who will assess the access at their site visit.
