Bisley Marquees Open Event 2026

Thursday 5 - Sunday 8 March 2026

We are delighted to announce that our Open Event will be taking place from Thursday 5 - Sunday 8 March, 9.30am - 4pm at Bisley Marquees, Wayside Farm, The Camp, GL6 7EW.  

Our Marquee Open Event is a fantastic opportunity to view our range of marquees, linings, lighting and furnishing options and to meet with the Bisley Marquees team to chat through your plans and ideas. Whether your event is booked and you would like to see your marquee in person and chat through details with your Bisley event planner, or you're in the early stages of planning an event and would like to come and see the available options, we would be delighted to welcome you along. 

We will once again be joined at the Open Event by some of our fantastic recommended suppliers: 

British Polo Gin Event Bars will be on hand to chat about their event bar services whilst offering a selection of their signature drinks at the bar,

Relish will be treating guests to a selection of their delicious canapés, 

R&R Catering Hire will be supplying the catering equipment for the event with a full marquee kitchen set up available to view, as well as setting the tables with their linen, glassware, crockery and cutlery,

Robert Lawrence Event Production will be installing a selection of their specialist sound, lighting, and production equipment,

Demelza from the Unwalled Garden will once again be decorating our marquees with her stunning flower installations,

The Shadow Monkeys will create a stage set-up and a great playlist for the event, 

Camilla Reynolds Photography will be photographing the event,

and Toria Sefton will be showcasing some examples of her stunning wedding cakes.

Bisley Open Event Instagram Giveaway

One lucky winner will receive the following hamper prize which includes the following gifts from our Open Event partners:

  • A wicker hamper featuring goodies from The Jolly Nice Farmshop – provided by Bisley Marquees Hire Co
  • A bottle of Organic Botanical London Dry Gin – provided by British Polo Gin
  • Delicious brownies and a jar of chutney – provided by Relish Catering UK
  • A ‘polo’ jacket – provided by R&R Catering Hire
  • Three glass bud vase arrangements and two tapered candles with holders – provided by The Unwalled Garden

  • The giveaway is hosted and promoted by @bisleymarquees. This giveaway is in collaboration with multiple participating accounts
  • Entry is open to United Kingdon residents only who must be 18 years or older
  • Follow entry steps outlined in the post
  • One entry per person/account is allowed and entry is free of charge
  • The winner will be chosen fairly and randomly. The winner will be contacted on the morning of Friday 6th March. The winner must respond to the message by 2pm on 6th March.
  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM by @bisleymarquees ONLY – if any other accounts message you acting as Bisley Marquees & Hire Co, please ignore.
  • If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner
  • Prize must be collected from Bisley Marquees & Hire Co by Sunday 8th March between 9.30am-4pm
