Question — Our event is taking place on a Saturday, when will be the Marquee be erected?

Answer — We aim to be as flexible as possible with your requirements, but typically erect the marquee on a Wednesday or Thursday, depending on the size of the marquee, to ensure that you have plenty of time to add your finishing touches.

Question — We are interested in booking a marquee what is the process?

Answer — After you initially enquire about a marquee, one of our event managers will put together an initial quote based on the information and any preferences you have provided. Following this, we will carry out a site survey and make recommendations about the most suitable products and services that we are able to offer to you. 

Question — I would like to book a marquee how do I confirm my booking?

Answer — Once you have let us know that you would like to book a marquee, we will send out a booking form which we will ask you to sign and return together with a 25% deposit to secure your booking.

Question — We would like to book some furniture and will have approximately 50 guests. Our party is a few months away and numbers may change, do I have to book extra furniture just in case?

Answer — Due to our large quantity of stock, we are able to change bookings slightly up until the last minute, and will only charge for the furniture that is delivered.

Question — We have our own party tent and would like to hire some furniture, flooring and lighting. Is this something that you can offer?

Answer — Yes, we are more than happy to provide as little or much as you need to complete your event.

Question — We have already booked a marquee, are we still able to hire toilets from you?

Answer — We are more than happy to supply toilets (or refrigerated trailers) if you have booked a marquee with another company.

Question — I would like to have a winter marquee, is this possible?

Answer — Our Clearspan marquees are suitable for use all year-round, with French doors, various flooring options, and a wide range of marquee heaters, you can be sure your marquee will stay warm and dry throughout the winter months. Question —  I would like a small marquee in my garden, could you do this?

Answer — Yes, we are more than happy to erect marquees in gardens, fields, car parks, or at wedding venues! If you’re looking for a small garden party marquee then an Oriental Canopy (also known as a Chinese Hat marquee or Pagoda marquee), can offer the perfect solution, and are available in a range of sizes.

Question —  Are you able to offer a wedding marquee package?

Answer — We are one of few Gloucestershire marquee hire companies to offer the complete wedding hire package, so in addition to your wedding marquee, we’re able to offer luxury toilet hire, generator hire, refrigerated trailer hire, and furniture hire.
